Aromas and flavours obtained by scrupulously following the traditional procedures of the production disciplinary of the protected designation of origin “Traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena” using exclusively cooked must obtained from grapes traditionally grown in the territory of Modena, partly from our small vineyard planted on the banks of the stream Tiepido.

Description
Obtained only from cooked must of Modena grapes, aged for at least 12 years in barrels of fine woods of different sizes.

Dark brown in color, bright, showing its density in a sliding syrup.

It offers a characteristic and persistent scent, amalgamated and penetrating, with a pleasant acidity note and in harmony with the inimitable velvety flavor, in which sweet and sour blend giving life to an unmistakable balance of great fullness and intensity.

To enjoy it at its best and so that you do not lose the treasure of aromas and flavors that distinguishes it, we recommend using it raw, added at the last moment and a few drops will be enough to enhance the aromas and flavors of the dishes on which it is used: Risotto, raw vegetables
