CHARACTERISTICS: Ruby red in color with pink reflections, the pale foam is fine and persistent. The bouquet has the typical purple notes. The taste is decidedly dry with a slight sapidity which, together with its freshness, gives the wine great elegance and a pleasant fruity aftertaste
