Characteristics: the red onions are peeled and cooked slowly, at the end of cooking the black gold of our lands is added to enrich the compote: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.
Tasting: ideal on all types of cheeses and as an accompanying sauce for meats, especially red, grilled and boiled meats.
What the earth gives us: RED ONIONS which by their nature are purifying, rich in mineral salts, vitamins and trace elements.
